Last week, we slipped down the stairs beneath Tom’s Town into The Vault and were serenaded by Aujané, a Kansas-born singer-songwriter. This was her debut in The Vault, and it was enchanting. I’ll judge a spot on based on its take on the Old Fashioned or Manhattan. Tom’s Town did good. Would drink again!
